How we handle your data, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you. Written to be read, not just agreed to.

Privacy
We collect the minimum we need to run the product, and we never sell your data.
What we collect
- Account details you give us — your name and email.
- The content you create in GrowthXElevate — drafts, generated posts, carousels, hooks and schedules.
- If (and only if) you connect LinkedIn, an access token so we can publish when you ask us to.
- Basic product usage, to understand what's working and improve it.
How we use it
- To run the service: generate and score drafts, schedule, and publish only on your explicit action.
- To learn your writing voice — from posts you choose to share with us.
- To improve GrowthXElevate. We do not sell your data or use it to train third-party models beyond generating your own content.
Who we share it with
- LinkedIn — for sign-in and to publish posts you choose to publish.
- AI providers (such as OpenAI and Groq) — to generate and score your drafts.
- Infrastructure providers (Supabase for storage, Resend for email). They process data on our behalf, under contract.
Terms of Service
GrowthXElevate is a co-pilot. It helps you write — you stay responsible for what you publish.
- Your content is yours. You keep ownership of everything you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process it and provide the service.
- Nothing goes out without your approval. Nothing is published to LinkedIn without an explicit action from you. You review everything first.
- You're responsible for what you post. You're accountable for the content you publish and for following LinkedIn's own terms.
- Fair use. Don't use GrowthXElevate for illegal, deceptive, hateful or spammy content, and don't abuse or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Availability. The service is provided “as is.” Features may change or improve over time; we'll flag anything material.
Data & Security
We treat your account and your LinkedIn connection with care.
- Data is encrypted in transit, and access is scoped to your account.
- LinkedIn access tokens are encrypted at rest — and they're only ever used to publish content you initiate.
- You can disconnect LinkedIn at any time, which revokes our ability to post on your behalf.
- Delete your account to remove your data. Deletion is permanent.
